Fabrizia Lanza, chef and owner of Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School in Palermo, Sicily, is traveling to the US in November. Her lecture at Harvard will be on the relationship between Sicilian cuisine and the special Saint feast days celebrated throughout the year, with some photos and possibly a short video (a precursor to her documentary series in-the making).
