Janet Beizer selected as a Walter Channing Cabot Fellow

Janet Beizer has been selected by Dean Hoekstra and the Divisional Deans as a Walter Channing Cabot Fellow. The Cabot fellowships are given annually to a select few faculty colleagues in recognition of their achievements and scholarly eminence in the fields of “literature, history or art, as such terms may be liberally interpreted....” as can be seen in her latest book, The Harlequin Eaters: From Food Scraps to Modernism in Nineteenth-Century France (U Minnesota P, 2024).
