Research Interests: Carlos A. González is a PhD candidate and scholar in the Romance Languages and Literatures Department at Harvard University. They specialize in 20th and 21st century Spanish fiction and medieval French literature, concentrating on horror and the fantastic in both. They have written and presented on Latin American women’s neo-gothic, Old French fables and folklore, as well as Queer and Crip criticism across disciplines. They live in Cambridge, Massachusetts with their wife, shih tzu, and the creature that lives under their bed.
