Gerlinde serves as Manager of Administration for RLL and Observatorio Cervantes. She supports the administrative functions for these units including finance, staff, and operations.

Reimbursements and CONCUR, invoice payments, and all aspects of event coordination

Language program planning, TA/TF appointments and payroll, language course coordination, visiting scholar appointments, Language citations, graduate student exchange programs

Undergraduate students and student events, undergraduate program planning, catalog and curriculum coordination

Executive Secretary to the Chair, Internal Departmental Calendar management, special projects, faculty affairs
