THE MIGUEL DE CERVANTES ANNIVERSARY CONCERT

Free concert celebrating the Miguel de Cervantes anniversary. The concert will feature Berklee students and faculty, including the Balkan Vocal Ensemble directed by Christiane Karam, and special guest, renowned Spanish artist La Shica, playing Latin and Spanish genres such as tango, salsa, bolero, cumbia, and rancheras. The concert will also include a tribute to the great flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía, who passed away earlier this year.

Concierto gratuito para celebrar el aniversario de Miguel de Cervantes. En el concierto participarán estudiantes y profesores de Berklee, entre ellos "The Balkan Vocal Ensemble", dirigido por Christiane Karam, y como invitada especial, la reconocida artista española de "La Shica", que interpretará música latina y española, como el tango, la salsa, el bolero, la cumbia y las rancheras. El concierto también incluirá un homenaje al gran guitarrista flamenco Paco de Lucía, fallecido a principios de este año.
