Have you always wanted to learn how to cook a good and authentic Italian dish, but never had the time to do it? This semester you can join us for three Italian cooking lessons to learn how to make three very simple, but delicious Italian recipes:
1) Risotto – Wednesday, October 28 @4–5.30pm (with Elisa Tragni Maloney)
2) Tiramisù – Wednesday, December 2 @4–5.30-pm (with Chiara Trebaiocchi)
Click on the recipes' names to find out the list of ingredient and utensils you need to participate.
Please note that none of us is a professional chef. We just love Italian food and want to talk about it and eat it (all the time, if possible)! We will briefly present the history of the dish and we will then prepare and eat it together. No previous experience required.
Please note that the discussion will be in English unless all the participants prefer to practice their Italian. All levels are welcomed!
